Lovely woodland setting of 14 acres, a peaceful and beautiful place in which to stroll, reflect and unwind.

Accommodation

We have 60 rooms on campus for single students and a limited number of alternative places in college housing off campus. We allocate a number of the on site rooms for new students each year (please follow this link). Once these places have been taken, other students may have to be placed with a host family or find alternative accommodation. The college will help as far as possible with this process. Married students live in the surrounding area, many in the nearby villages of Burton and Bransgore. We hold a list of local homes available for rent at rates below the market norm. We are also able to pass on information about local schools - in fact we do all we can to help you make the move.

Sports hall

A wide range of indoor sports options are regularly enjoyed in the recently built Sports Hall. Well appointed changing rooms and showers allow you to cool off and freshen up after your exertion!

Fitness suite/gymnasium

In October 2008 we opened our new Gymnasium adjacent to the Sports Hall. This is open to all Staff and Students and is equipped with a Treadmill, Stepper, Rower, Cross Trainer, Exercise Bike as well as an asortment of weigh training equipment.

Learning support department

Among the thousands who have trained at Moorlands, there have been many with special needs who, in spite of their definite talents, have never previously flourished academically. Recognising that anybody can get a call from God to serve Him, we provide ongoing support for those who might have, or do have, learning difficulties.

Learning resource centre

Moorlands has an excellent Learning Resource Centre, well stocked with more than 33,000 books. Beautifully proportioned, it forms quite a feature of the College. The Computerised Stock Control System and the availability of the Internet gives state of the art, ease of access to the amazing breadth of theological information.
