Training Team

The course will be led by Ian Coffey, with support from Ian Kirby.

Ian Coffey joined the team at Moorlands in 2008 having served as a Baptist minister in numerous places, including Geneva. He led the leadership training at the College and was well placed to step up as interim Principal in 2021. Whist no longer full time, Ian loves to teach, and is a popular international speaker and author.

“Most leaders spend more time giving out rather than taking in. This short course changes the flow as it is designed for leaders to interact with other leaders, reflect on their practice and engage in learning from a variety of sources. It is ideal for those taking a sabbatical or simply for leaders needing space to be fed and encouraged.”
– Ian Coffey
